A chaque fois que j'entends l'inventaire des actions des Clinton en Haïti, j'ai le coeur qui bat la chamade. Pourtant, c'est une histoire dont je suis attentivement les méandres depuis 2010.

J'ai lu en anglais, en français, en espagnol, en créole des tas de documents liés à cette affaire. Mais à chaque fois de nouveaux éléments viennent s'ajouter à la liste.

J'ai vu depuis 2010, cette opération qu'on pourrait qualifier de détournement de l'argent de l'aide en bande organisée - dans la mesure où cet argent n'a pas été dirigé vers les besoins de la population en général mais vers des intérêts spécifiques.

J'ai vu également les élites haïtiennes et les classes moyennes "arrivées" se réjouir de ce détournement dont ils ont récupéré quelques miettes.

Et si mon coeur bat la chamade c'est que j'ai peur pour ceux qui dénoncent ces mauvaises actions et pour le futur d'Haïti.

J'ai peur parce que voici des gens qui ont tout : pouvoir et argent; et dont on pourrait s'attendre à ce qu'ils s'engagent à comme disait Clinton Bill à " reconstruire Haïti mieux" et qui, à l'inverse, n'ont aucun problème, ne rencontrent aucun obstace à faire le contraire, tant l'Etat haïtien compte pour du beurre, tant la CI se désintéresse de la population de ce pays.

J'ai peur parce que ces gens qui se pensent intouchables ont d'énormes moyens, alors que ceux qui réclament vérifications et inventaires n'ont que la peau de leurs fesses.

On aurait pu s'attendre à ce que le couple fasse d'Haïti, une sorte de carte de visite, dans la mesure où l'épouse s'apprêtait à être candidate à la présidence des USA.

Ils auraient pu montrer leurs réalisations positives en Haïti comme un exemple de leur habilité à diriger leur pays.

En fait, force est de se rendre compte que pour les Clinton, Haïti était (est ?) un business personnel, et qu'ils ne s'attendaient aucunement que "ce petit pays de rien du tout " dixit B. Clinton quand Martelly l'a décoré, pouvait compter, jouer un rôle dans leur campagne.

C'est vous dire à quel point pour les Clinton Haïti ne représentait ( ne représente ?) que partie négligeable. Juste un pays dont il a été possible de tirer profit dans des circonstances particulières : le drame du tremblement de terre. Et de renflouer son carnet d'adresses et ses comptes en banque.

Bill Clinton a été présenté avec l'aide des media dominants acquis à sa cause, comme un homme ayant le coeur sur la main, un grand philanthrope, le magnanime sauveur Blanc -white savior- d'une population idiote et docile qu'il fallait sauver des mains de Noirs incompétents et corrompus.

C'est cette légende qui a été "vendue" par les media y compris ceux d'Haïti : l'histoire racontée par les vainqueurs.

Tout baignait comme prévu : Martelly décore et Mulet ( celui par qui le choléra est arrivé en Haïti ) et Clinton. O'Brien de Digicel a son hôtel et déclare que l'idée lui est venue de Clinton qui lui a arrangé l'affaire auprès des bailleurs internationaux. Sean Penn, apparu comme un beau diable dans les affaires haïtiennes en 2010, évince Wyclef Jean, un artiste qui a sans cesse depuis des années mis son pays en avant, dénoncé comme un profiteur sur tous les media. Sean Penn devient le grand manitou qui va reboiser Haïti à partir d'un accord signé entre lui et le gouvernement français représenté par Ségolène Royal.

Tout baignait donc. Tout semblait bien ficelé.

Ce qui n'était pas prévu dans le scénario, c'est la diaspora. Comme pour le choléra qui devait, comme une lettre à la poste, passer comme étant de la seule responsabilité de ces "crétins" ( courtoisie SPP) d' Haïtiens.

La diaspora aux USA et au Canada s'est mise à poser avec insistance la question : "Where did the money go ?" Où est passé l'argent ?

Question qui n'était pas prévue au programme,

Et qui vient s'immiscer dans la campagne de Mme Clinton.

D'ailleurs, personne n'a posé à Mme Clinton, la simple question : pourquoi diantre êtes-vous intervenue pour obliger le CEP à placer Martelly au second tour ?
