The world has now lost one of the biggest musical innovators of our times. Nicknamed the "Godfather Of Soul", James Brown has influenced all genres of music and created classic hits that will be remembered for centuries. Any music lover will testify to this: There would be no soul, funk, RnB or hip-hop without James Brown. His energetic singing, dancing and authentic musical arrangements has helped shape today's popular music. 73-year-old Brown's death landed as a surprise as he was scheduled to perform in New York for the New-Year's eve celebration. We will miss him very much and are extremely thankful for the musical heritage he has left behind.
