Santo Domingo.- Haiti Government officials are in the country to learning about president Danilo Medina’s communications policy through the official Communications Agency (DICOM).

Port-au-Prince’s interest in communicational management carried out by DICOM surged in meetings held in Venezuela, Ouanaminthe, Haiti, and Jimaní, between officials from the two countries, which have been the sites for the ongoing bi-national talks.

Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe’s communications adviser Serge Philippe Pierre heads Haiti’s delegation, which met with DICOM director Roberto Rodríguez, who explained what’s involved in the Presidency’s communications process.
