Martelly reconstitue l'armée en catiminilink
Correa from what is known from his personal life and his commitment to the welfare of his fellow citizens have a reputation to be a smart and progressist person.
Martelly belongs to the right, and we can say to the far right, enrolling himself, already at the age of 15, to the infamous Duvalier's militia:the Tonton macoutes.
He never hide his affiliations to the paramilitary's groups and the putschist, who, with great violence use their weapons against the poor and black majority segregated, humiliated and fiercely exploited.
So,why should someone the likes of Correa-supposely from the le left- should collaborate with Martelly who belongs to the far right in an operation which didn't even have the approval of the Parliament?
How comes, that the same person who gave asylyum to Assange, can give with his other hand this kind of cooperation to Martelly?
Is president Correa ready to arm, to pay, to house, to feed these guys with Ecuador's money?
Or is he planning that the Ecuadorian government will make a loan to the Haitian government for these facilities?
Someone told me that Correa's aim in doing so, is just a way to get his troups out of Haïti.
If that so, if this is just a real politic action, what about the so called "Bolivarian recognition" to the struggle for liberty of the people of Haïti ?
Someone told me also, that he might be doing the bad job for the US.
Whatever the reasons are, Correa, who we strongly support, must know that he is doing wrong. His action is a disgrace, an offense to the Haïtian people to which he denies the right, via its representants in the Parliament, to make decisions on the rule of the country.
This is the opposite of what the haïtian people expect from the cooperation with the progressists nations of Latin America.

Certainly not a new military force for a president who has always shown a fascination for use of violence, before and after he turned himself and his alike in pink.
It"s diffucult to imagine that Bolivar will have appreciate this form of recognition. He would had rather cry and claim, once more : "J'ai labouré la mer"
